Shipping Policy

You will be promptly notified via e-mail once your item has been shipped. All orders will be processed in 1-2 business days, pending credit card approval. A business day is Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays. You can expect to receive your order in 4-8 business days after it was placed.

We offer several shipping methods for our customers:

  • USPS Standard Shipping is $5.95. In-stock items are expected to arrive within 4-7 business days.
  • UPS Ground is $10.95. In-stock items are expected to arrive by end of 4th day after order is placed.
  • UPS 3 Day Select starts at $20.00*. In-stock items arrive by end of 3rd day, after order is placed.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air starts at $24.00* In-stock items arrive by end of 2nd business day after order is placed.
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver starts at $34.00* In-stock items arrive by end of next business day after order is placed.
  • UPS Next Day Air starts at $40.00 In-stock items arrive by 10:30 am the next day after order is placed.

*These are minimum shipping charges. The weight or distance of the shipping may cause shipping costs to exceed these rates. Your actual shipping charges will be reflected during checkout.

Standard Shipping is a flat rate $5.95 for U.S. customer orders. Shipping is free for orders of $99.00 or more via USPS. The carriers we use include but are not limited to United States Parcel Service (USPS) and UPS. Shipping fees are not refundable.

myLACYS is committed to having every single customer happy with their underwear purchase and will make every effort to ensure you are satisfied with the outcome. If you ordered three pair of underwear try on only one pair, leaving the other two unopened in case you wish to return or exchange them. We cannot, for health reasons, accept returns on underwear that has been tried on. Unopened merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date you receive it.

  • Mail merchandise back in its original package, with all tags attached.
  • To ensure a prompt, accurate refund or exchange, please fill out the return/exchange form completely.
  • The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise if we deem it has been worn or washed.
  • Unless the merchandise is returned due to damage, defect, or fulfillment mistake, there will be a $3.00 restocking charge.

Errors or Damaged Merchandise

We'll reimburse you for postage in the unlikely event you received damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Our mistake will cost you nothing!


Exchanging Items

You are responsible for the shipping cost to return an item for an exchange. It is best to insure your package to make sure it arrives at our warehouse. However, we'll pay the reshipping cost for the exchanged merchandise. Just list the new items you wish to exchange on the return form and include this form in your return package. If you would like to upgrade your shipping method or purchase additional items, you are responsible for the cost of the additional items and upgraded shipping charges. If the exchange is of lesser value than the original order, we will credit your card the appropriate amount.


Returning Items for a Refund

You are responsible for the shipping cost to return an item for a refund. It is best to insure your package to make sure it arrives at our warehouse. We can't be responsible for packages that never arrive. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card.


Complete the Return Form

  1. Please note the reason for the return on the return/exchange form.
  2. Indicate whether you prefer a refund to your credit card or an exchange of merchandise.
  3. If you prefer an exchange, please complete the information on the reverse side of the return form indicating the size, style and color you want.
  4. If your address is different from the original address when you placed the order, please note the changes on your current address listing.

Remember these three simple steps:

Step 1: Mail the merchandise in the original package and include the exchange/return form.
